Adios Pro 5 sheds 26 grams, costs $275, still shreds heels
Three reviewers say the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 5 is a better marathon shoe than the Pro 4 and a worse deal.

How they train
Study says 40 minutes in a 104F bath matched easy aerobic work
FoundMyFitness says hot water immersion improved vascular function as effectively as zone 2 aerobic exercise (steady easy effort). Participants did three weekly sessions of either 40 minutes in 104F water or 40 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise, and after 12 weeks both groups showed comparable gains in flow-mediated dilation (how well blood vessels widen).
Neither is a replacement for exercise, but their ability to produce similar improvements in endothelial function is remarkable.
